Seminar on Skill Development For Teachers

A teacher’s role is as important as a mother’s in child development. Students enter the classroom with different abilities, learning styles and personalities. It is the teacher who can meet the needs of all students and help them to exceed the established standards.
An effective teacher understands that teaching involves wearing multiple hats to ensure that the school day runs smoothly and all students receive quality education.
NIIB Foundation in association with VDJ group organised a seminar especially for teachers of Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation school teachers at Nagar Bhavan in association Mira-Bhayandar education department an initiative by Geeta Jain,Mayor, Mira Bhayander Municipal Corporation (MBMC)
Mayor Geeta Jain spoke about how and why the inborn talent of a child needs to be recognized and guided accordingly.
She also spoke about how she has been trying to do her best to not only improve the level of MBMC schools but also increase the number of students studying in these schools and also asked the teachers to built healthy relation with parents & also give there suggestions to make schools more better.
NIIB’s Director Mr. Sunil Soi graced the occasion and promised to hold many more such seminars in the future which can in some way pave the way for motivation in teachers.
The speakers for the seminar Ms.Jayshree Keshav, Ms.Sonika Patil spoke about how teachers can influence children in a major way.
How potential in a child may be developed through effective and efficient methods of teaching in order to achieve success in life.
Hemant Kolambkar and Nitin Kamath spoke about Inborn Neural Architecture Analysis and how can it benefit children.S.M.Deshmukh Education officer from MBMC Education Department concluded the seminar with a vote of thanks.Others present were VDJ group founder Deepak R. Jain,Social worker Ravi B. jain & Kamlesh Shah ZRUCC member western railway.
